Parents' Consultation
Thank you for completing the Questionnaire during your attendance at Parents' Evening on Wednesday 19th October 2022. We value your opinion and your views are important to us. The responses were overwhelmingly positive and this is a snap shot of the affirmitive and encouraging comments we received about what the school does well:
- Welcoming environment
- Supportive and helpful
- Caring staff
- Going above and beyond
- Looking at each child holistically
- Making my child feel like they are a part of a community within the school
- Giving the children the best start in life
- Keeping the children safe and making them feel happy coming to school
- Making learning fun!
We always strive to improve and you also told us we could do better in some areas:
A small minority felt that we could offer more After School Activities and school trips. Our after school activities are updated each term. We are developing our partnership with Active Hope, and this year children in years 4, 5 and 6 will engage in a range of experiences both on and off site, which will develop their personal resilience and collaboration skills.
We aim to offer the children a wide range of experiences for them to enjoy and to deepen their knowledge and understanding through visits, visitors in school and planned experiences, such as European Languages Day and Kindness and Well-being Day.
You will find the responses on the attached questionnaire.
