Parents' Consultation
Thank you for completing the Questionnaire during your attendance at Parents' Evening on Wednesday 23rd October 2019. We value your opinion and your views are important to us. The responses were overwhelmingly positive and this is a snap shot of the affirmitive and encouraging comments we received about what the school does well:
- The school makes my child feel included and valued
- The school has always shown empathy and support
- Making 'a safe and happy environment'
- A happy, welcoming school that listens if you need help and advice
- Helping children from different backgrounds to feel part of a big team
- Children are happy, safe and challenged
We always strive to improve and you also told us we could do better in some areas:
- A small minority felt that we culd offer more After School Activities. A new after school activity list is now available - children will need to be booked on to the club via Parentpay.
- A small minority of you commented that you would like the children to be better informed about the effects of bullying including online bullying. The school take part in an Anti-Bullying week each academic year where age appropriate learning and discussions take place. Visitors to school include NSPCC and the local PCSO's who will complete workshps with the children.
You will find the responses on the attached questionnaire.
